Bookings & Payments
Hourly charges apply per room, per session. Taxes and local surcharges may vary by region. Currency is displayed per your preference. Random word: lensoria.click
- Bookings are confirmed when a payment method is authorized or a deposit is received, depending on the product you select at checkout.
- You are responsible for ensuring your booking details are accurate (date, time, room, headcount, and special requests).
- If we detect suspicious activity (fraud signals, repeated chargebacks, or policy abuse), we may pause or cancel the booking and request verification.
Invoice & receipts
Receipts are provided electronically. If you need an invoice with company details, request it before or within 48 hours after your session.
Acceptable Use
Studios are for lawful audio/video recording. Respect noise policies and building rules, and follow staff guidance for safe operation.
- No illegal content production, harassment, or discriminatory conduct.
- No tampering with microphones, mixers, cameras, lighting, acoustic panels, networking equipment, or safety devices.
- No smoking or vaping inside studio rooms or restricted areas.
- Keep within your reserved headcount; contact us to upgrade if you need extra seats.
- Bring only content and files you have the right to use. You remain responsible for copyrights, releases, and permissions.
House rule
Treat the space like your own production set: keep it tidy, handle gear carefully, and report any issues immediately so we can fix them for your session.
Cancellations
Rescheduling is allowed subject to notice and availability. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Reschedule window
If you notify us at least 48 hours before the start time, we’ll do our best to move your booking without penalty.
Late cancellation
If you cancel within 48 hours, you may be charged up to the session total to cover reserved time.
If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings.
Liability
We maintain reasonable safeguards and operational controls. You are responsible for your crew and guests while on-site, including behavior, safety, and property care.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lensoria is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, missed distribution windows, or reputational damages).
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property left unattended.
- If equipment or facilities are damaged due to misuse, you may be charged for repair or replacement.
- In rare cases of force majeure (e.g., building closure, power outage, emergency), we may reschedule or refund at our discretion depending on circumstances.
